Project development
After purchase of the land we develop a suitable real estate project. In most cases single family and semi-detached houses with private garden and carport. A development of such project including building permit takes a few months till completion.
Sales
Once the project is finalized and building permit issued we start selling off plan. Construction is independently carried out by renowned building companies.
