SIA Rotus is a Venture Capital and Real Estate Company from Riga in Latvia. Our main activities are special opportunity Venture Capital deals and Real Estate Project Development in the residential housing sector of Suburban regions of large cities.

Since the company was founded in 2013 we have build a vast network of business partners to establish our operations in Germany and Latvia.


 

SIA Rotus is set to expand its portfolio by acquiring land for the development of residential buildings, with a primary focus on single and semi-detached houses designed for families relocating from metropolitan areas. Our investment strategy targets prime locations known for above-average long-term value appreciation, ensuring robust returns on our real estate ventures.


In our initial phase, we are seeking optimal land plots in the suburban areas of Riga, Latvia, and Stuttgart, Germany, for the construction of family homes. Our selection process adheres to stringent internal criteria, evaluating location, accessibility, and future price stability to maximize investment potential.


Moreover, SIA Rotus is committed to diversifying our portfolio through venture capital deals that offer high growth potential. By integrating these opportunities with our real estate investments, we aim to enhance our portfolio's breadth and resilience, driving significant value and long-term success across our ventures.

Location, location, location

To secure investments in real estates a careful selection on the location and feasibility study is essential. In combination with off market deals our goal is to back the investment the best possible way, preferably to buy real estates below market value in prime locations with high to very high demand for the next decade. Modern analysis tools, market knowledge and negotiation skills allow us to act fast and confident in ever changing market situations.

Residential properties

Many young families currently still live and work in large cities. Their big dream is to build their own house in the more silent and cleaner suburban regions but because of their lack of time and skills they don't want to engage in the long project and construction planning. We have noticed this huge demand already some time ago and that why we currently only focus on this sector. We purchase lands and take care of the entire project planning. The buyer will receive a land plot in a top location including project and our assistance until the house is ready.
